These terms are an agreement between you and 4Food LLC ("we", "us") for Coin-Op City: the Windows app, its machines and control panel, your license key, and the website at coinopcity.com. By buying a plan, or installing or using the app, you agree to them.
Coin-Op City is an app that runs interactive machines on your own Windows PC, which you add to your live streams and your viewers play through the stream's chat. A plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app, and to show the machines your plan covers on your own streams, including in recordings and clips of those streams, while the plan is active. Your license key works on up to 2 PCs at once. Keep it to yourself: don't share, sell or publish it. We may improve, change or add to the app over time. It updates itself, and some updates may be needed for it to keep working.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a plan, and give an email address you can receive. You're responsible for your PC, your license key and the accounts you connect, and for everything done with them. You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage.
The app checks your license key with our license checker when it starts and every 12 hours, as the privacy policy describes. If it can't reach the checker, it keeps running on its last good check for up to 7 days. When a plan ends or isn't paid, the machines it covered switch off: their OBS sources go see-through and chat stops playing them, and your viewers' coins, careers and settings stay on your PC for when you come back.
Coins, skins, colors, rewards and every other item in Coin-Op City are game points with no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or anything else of value, and they aren't your property. As a streamer, you agree not to offer real-world prizes, money or anything of value for coins or results in the game, and not to present the game as gambling.
You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you stream on (YouTube, Twitch, Kick and others), including their rules on simulcasting, automated content, paid features and community guidelines. Coin-Op City gives you settings to help, but how you use them is your choice.
Don't use Coin-Op City to break the law or anyone's rights, to harass people, or to spread hateful content or sexual content involving minors. Don't copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the app, or get round its license check, except as far as the law allows. We may end the license of anyone who does.
Viewers play for free. Their names and game records appear on your stream. The app keeps their data on your PC, so you look after it: keep it safe, and handle a viewer's request to remove their record, as the privacy policy describes. We filter names and supporter messages, but you remain responsible for moderating your own chat.
Coin-Op City, its machines, art, music, voices, code and name belong to 4Food LLC or its licensors. The music and voices may only be used as part of the machines, not on their own. Some parts of the app come from others under their own licenses (open-source software and the alert voices, for example), and those licenses apply to them.
The app runs on your PC, so it depends on your PC, your internet connection, the platforms' own services and our license checker. We can't promise it will always work or be free of errors. Updates install when you restart the app, never by themselves in the middle of a stream.
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your license and key if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. When a plan ends, its machines switch off. What the app keeps stays on your PC until you delete it; uninstalling the app can delete it too.
Coin-Op City is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost revenue, data lost on your PC, or a platform's action against your channel), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Until the app opens, Coin-Op City also runs as a hosted service on our servers at coinopcity.com. If you use it, these terms apply to it too, with these differences: you sign in with Twitch, Google or a link we email you, and keep those accounts safe; we run your machine on our servers instead of your PC, and work to keep it running around the clock, though we may briefly stop it to update or maintain the service; you cancel from Manage billing in your control panel there; and when a plan there ends or isn't paid, its machine switches off and the channel's data (its viewers, settings and connections) is deleted 90 days later.
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell buyers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you that can't be waived. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Coin-Op City.
