One license key covers every plan you buy. Coin-Op City is a Windows app (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) that runs your machines on your own PC.
Prices in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Coins in Coin-Op City are points only: viewers never buy them, and they can never be exchanged for anything of value.
Not during your free trial. You add a card when you pick your plan, and your first charge is when the 14 days end, then every month or year on that date. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The free trial is once per email.
Yes, any time, from Manage plan in the app. Add the other machine, move up to All machines, or switch between monthly and yearly: changes take effect straight away and you're charged (or credited) the difference for the rest of the period. Your license key stays the same.
Link, Stripe's checkout, sells Coin-Op City on our behalf: it adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and emails your receipts, and your card statement shows LINK.COM. We never see your card details.
Your machines keep running until the end of the period you've paid for, then switch off. Your viewers' coins, careers and settings stay on your PC, so if you come back, everything picks up where it left off.
No: payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel anytime from Manage plan in the app, and you won't be charged again; your machines keep running until the end of the period you've paid for.
